Our Sifu feels that everyone SHOULD be able to benefit from nature and all it has to offer, and with the economy being as bad as it is, more people than ever NEED Feng Shui. Because it is so difficult for so many to afford the average, expensive, Feng Shui consultation, our Sifu only charges $50 per hour of consulting (whether it's a private home, investment home, business, or real estate), which is considerably less than what the average consultant charges (which charge between $200-300/hr average, and up to $500...and even more for businesses and real estate). As a matter of fact, a complete consultation with Sifu Dutch can often cost less than 1 or 2 hours with other practitioners. Plus most practice Western or Modern Feng Shui only which is a simplified form and often make you buy Chinese cultural artifacts to "change" your luck, or may even use fear and religion to sell things. Remember, if something has been simplified, it doesn't mean it's better...often times mistakes are made because the practitioner doesn't truly understand all of the many different "negative" energy combinations that may be "enhanced" due to incorrect "remedies". Traditional Feng Shui does not "make" you buy anything...it is a scientific and mathematical process that only takes into account the energies that exist in and around your home, office or business, and how those energies flow and affect you. Notice that "Interior Design" was not mentioned here! It's because Interior Design/Decorating is NOT Feng Shui!!! It IS true that Feng Shui DOES deal with beauty in the sense that when things are beautiful to our eyes, our minds are happier and calmer...which is good Feng Shui, but those that have simply "changed" or advertised "Interior Design/Decorating" as Feng Shui are just practicing this "simplified" version of Feng Shui, and can often times cause you more problems, rather than fix the ones you have!!!
